Our mission

Freight brokers shouldn't spend their day chasing documents.

Docket exists to replace the inbox-as-operations-system that most freight brokers are stuck with. The best brokers in the world shouldn't be spending half their day sending “did you get my email?” — they should be moving freight.

Why we built this

Every freight broker we talked to had the same problem: the documents were everywhere except where they needed to be. BOLs in email. PODs on WhatsApp. Invoices in a shared Google Drive folder someone forgot to update. The broker was the human glue holding it together — manually chasing, re-sending, and version-checking on every shipment.

The insight wasn't that brokers needed better software. It was that they needed fewer decisions. Every document should know where it belongs. Every party should see exactly what they need without being asked. Every missing document should surface automatically — not when it's already a problem.

That's what Docket is. Not a place to store documents — a system that orchestrates them. The goal is a world where a freight broker can manage twice as many shipments with half the follow-up.

What Docket is not

Not a TMSWe don't replace your transportation management system. We fill the document gap it leaves open.
Not Google DriveA folder is not an orchestration system. Docket routes, validates, and tracks — it doesn't just store.
Not an OCR toolParsing PDFs is a means to an end. Docket's value is what happens after extraction: validation, routing, and access control.
